Reporting a wrong figure
Every specification here is traced to a published source, and the page names that source beside the figure. So a correction is checkable, and the fastest ones to act on say three things: the page, the figure as printed, and what the source actually says. A link to the document beats a description of it.
Corrections are made against the source, not against the sender's word — the same rule that applies to figures when they first go on a page, described in full at how we verify. If a source has moved, been withdrawn, or gone behind a login since it was cited, that is worth reporting too: the citation gets replaced with an open equivalent or a dated archived snapshot labelled as one.
A page's verified date moves only when its figures have actually been re-checked against the documents they came from. A correction that survives checking moves the figure; it does not silently move the date.
What this address cannot answer
- Clinical questions. Whether a product suits you, what dose to draw, how to inject, or what a restriction on a label means for your situation — these belong to a licensed prescriber or pharmacist, and no page here answers them by design. That is not reticence about liability; it is that this site publishes specifications and nothing on it is written from knowledge of any reader.
- Orders, refunds and order history. This domain previously ran an online store operated by No Borders Dental Resources, Inc. That business is gone and this site is not affiliated with it, does not continue it, and has no access to its records, its inventory, or its customer accounts. Mail about an old order cannot be helped from here, and there is nobody to forward it to.
- Sponsorship, guest posts and paid placement. The site carries none of these and the answer will not change. Its independence is the reason a specification here does not bend toward a product.
What happens to what you send
Mail to this address is read. A correction that checks out gets made, and the page carries the result rather than a note about who reported it. Nothing sent here is published, sold, or passed on, and the address is not used to send anything back beyond a reply to what you wrote.
